Read your comment to yourself and at some point you will realise how idiotic it is.

I have to believe this is a buildup to kovalev ward ppv fight in oakland. ward fought his last fight at 172. ggg isn't going nowhere. this might be the best fight for most money out there for ward. i expect it in oakland late 2016.

Ward needs to be on other fighters undercards to build himself?

Kathy Duva already stated on record that Kovalev will not fight below 175 for anybody. She isn't going to ask Sergey to do what Chad Dawson did to himself. I'm sure Ward would love to beat up on another weight drained fighter or midget but those days are over!

Oakland? Fine Ward can have his fight in CA but it's better at Stub Hub, Forum or Staples Center.

Who the **** organizes a PPV in Oakland?:patsch

There has never been a PPV event at Oracle Arena.

Los Angeles is much better than Oakland to do that kind of stuff.

Ward vs Kovalev should be a Las Vegas fight.

Perfect...there needs to be a lull in action that bores the audience out of their skulls after the Miura-Vargas match to make the Main Event not seem like it pales in comparison.
