Not his fault he a big guy. Personally I don't care for those P4P lists. They're a false interpretation.
^this is true. It's because the p4p list is more about marketing and selling the sport than an actual list of achievement.
Because of the size difference, his wins look a bit less impressive and because he is so dominant there is no one who can give him a 50/50 fight which means he's not gonna have s signature win which is what you need to be high on the p4p list. I think he is p4p 2 or 3 maybe but most people don't unfortunatley. I think he just needs to keep racking up wins, hopefully break Louis' record of defenses and length of reign and he'll go down as a great. Just needs to keep going really. Hell get appreciated when he's gone I think.
Too bad there aren't any former titleholders and current titleholders for Wlad to beat :verysad. Must be cause he has unified almost all the belts, cleaned out the division and fought his mandatories for years. Please remind Price and Solis about 40 somethings. :bbb
Well yeah, everyone knows that the HW division is a joke. But the MW division is an even bigger joke though. Which is why I don't understand how they can rate Bumluvkin ahead of him, let alone anybody else. Wlad is the undisputed HW champ and is about to fight the number 1 contender. GGG won a vacant belt and his best win got knocked out by a shopworn midget. **** doesn't really make sense to me. 1. Ward 2. Gonzales 3. Wlad 4. Kovalev 5. Pacquaio 6. Crawford 7. Mikey Garcia 8. Rigo 9. Inoue 10. Miguel Cotto 11. Danny Garcia 12. Stevenson 13. YAMANAKA 14. Estrada 15. Ioka 16. GGG
It's quite convenient how the only boxing catalyst for Wlad's drop is Floyd's retirement. If it was the "Heavyweight is trash" angle, he'd never have achieved those ratings in the first place. If it was the Jennings fight, the drop would've happened right after. Instead, we see fighters who didn't even fight since then leapfrogging him. Convenient timing.
problem with heavyweights is depth. You can be a novice then get a title shot there no real levels anymore, euro champ brit chamop nabf champ mean nothing, joshua whos a novice would prob be wlads toughest fight, its no t wlads fault , he should still be higher than most tho
I'm not sure if it is the lack of depth of for the fact nobody really fights each other. Most are either protecting their "0" or improving their ranking.
I have no idea why. I don't know if they are trying to drum up interest in the other guys or if they don't like Wlad for some reason.
They only protect their "0" until their management is ready to cash out. That means they end up on the Klitschko resume nine times out of ten, whether they've fought anybody or not at that point. All lucrative HW fights lead to a Klitschko, plus he's the recognized (and legitimate) best in the division.
