Kucher has one extremely forgivable loss. He should be favored over anyone that isn't ready to break into the big time in this division. Strangely he is rated behind countryman Iago Kiladze on Boxrec. They both have just one loss, but Kiladze's was by KO2 at the hands of Youri Kalenga. No great shame in that either but it seems it should rate you a bit lower than dropping a majority decision to Makabu. :blood
He was pretty average, slow of foot, basic guy. A Firat corner pummelling stoppage is likely in this one, I kinda wish he got the nod over YPH as we'd have seen a non step backward war between Arslan and Ramirez, what a fight that would've been.
Yeah it looked for a while as though Kucher would not fight again after that loss. Good to see him back in the ring. Personally I thought that Makabu did just enough to get the decision. Could have been a draw though. Was one hell of a s****. Kucher is probably somewhat underrated as a result and I could easily see him mixing with the divisions elite.
I'm very excited for Kudryashov-Glowacki. That one's going to be interesting. But I'm even more excited for Lebedev-Kayode. Kayode has an excuse every time he loses, so it'll be interesting to see him lose again... preferably by brutal stoppage
Sadly Shumenov is rated #1 in the WBA not sure if he's officially mandatory to Lebedev yet. Hopefully they order an eliminator between Shumenov/Dorticos with the Cuban proving himself and providing Lebedev with a worthwhile mandatory. Shumenov/Glowacki wouldn't be bad though it removes him from the WBA ratings and serves as a stay busy until Usyk gets his mandatory shot at Glowacki.
basketcase :admin:happy hilarious film, especially the growth raping the woman without a *****. :heyrofl
5 mil euros He actually got 350k, Glowacki got 60k 500k $ is what Ryabinsky offered him to come and face Lebedev again.
Well in that light 350 versus just a marginally higher amount in 500k makes the choice of Glowacki over Lebedev (on paper, before they fought) seem a wise risk/reward decision.
Didn't work out for him though :yep IB, over in Russia some ppl are worried Makabu is stylistically bad match up for Drozd, as in he has a real chance of losing. You agree? But if he wins it's a very solid notch on his resume :bbb
http://fightnews.ru/2015/09/23/ryab...-glovacki-povetkin-vs-vah-povetkin-vs-uaylder Ryabinsky is saying he will pay very good money for Glowacki-Kudryashov. Bad decision, then Dmitry will have to face Usyk almost right away as a mando and lose...
hard to pick, even Enzo-Roy is exciting because it's a spectacular KO guaranteed Lebedev-Kayode, Chak-Afolabi, Glowacki-Kudrashov, Makabu-Drozd are only the tip of the cake
Chakhkiev is booked up three fights ahead (in a 6 month span!) Today he meets Hamilton Ventura, then Chakhkiev vs. Afolabi in November is already official, and negotiations are close to finalized on Chakhkiev vs. Murat Gassiev (in an IBF final eliminator to become mandatory to Victor Emilio Ramirez...or, in the unlikely event of his title changing hands, Ovill McKenzie or Tony Bellew) in February. You could say his schedule is CHAKH FULL. :hey
