Exactly. Why does it seem that a lot of people do not understand this??

This is a huge fight. Perhaps the injury is something that in actuality only delays the fight a week...that doesn't mean they can jump in the ring on Halloween night.

Television across multiple networks and countries, the venue, etc... all have to be available on the same date, hotels, flights, security, catering, etc.. for all involved...4-6 weeks is a pretty tight turnaround and shows that they were most likely going for the earliest available date to reschedule.

Believe me on this: Wlad did NOT want to reschedule. As the older, and fighter currently in better shape, it's not to his advantage to do so.

As Fury said in his own video, a delay only helps himself, because he's younger.

Doubt it, either way you want to be sure you're fully fit, sometimes these niggly injuries can be worse than you think. Look at footballers, seemingly minor injuries takes a month or so to heal before they get back to full fitness.

 

Wlad has bottled it. I don't think this fight will take place now.
