You talking about black fighters? I'm a huge fan of crawford, walters, rig/,o amir imam. How many EE fighters are you a fan of? Maybe you're the real problem...

It is the timing of Ward's offer which made it wrong. He made the offer right after the Lemieux PPV was annonunced and it was clear that Golovkin will be booked for a long time. Ward made the offer knowing that it couldn't be accepted.

Since when is Canelo a smaller guy ? He weighs at or above Golovkin's weight in the ring. He walks heavier than Golovkin. He is younger, so he is able to comfortably cut more weight than Golovkin, but he is no smaller in the ring. Golovkin is not a big MW.

K2 is owned by Klitchko's. They suck all the revenue and don't want to invest in other fighters.

People don't understand there's a time and place for moving up, for GGG it's not the time. Ward wouldn't have moved up either if he had the same options at 168.

True. It's a well known fact that the Klitschos thru K2 Nickle and Dime all the fighters who they promote as well as all of their opponents.
Why any fighter would remain loyal to K2 is beyond crazy.

Besides CST, nobody has backed Usyk as much as me. I'm Grigory Drozd's biggest fan and have been calling him the best Cruiser with ages. That's just two examples.

Booked for a long time? It's one fight. And one he is sure to win. Is GGG guaranteed the winner of Canelo vs Cotto? If not, GGG will likely be looking for another opponent after Lemieux.

Abel Sanchez has said multiple times, they are not ready for Ward, or Ward doesn't bring enough to the table, blah, blah, blah.

The truth is the money train would stop if he were to get in there with Ward. Ward would out muscle GGG on the inside and jab him to death from the outside. Ward is a bigger man and with his level of skill he would have a clear advantage.

Yes, Canelo is smaller. Has he ever fought anyone allowed to come in at the MW limit? He started at WW. Admittedly, he is a big LMW. But, guys like Jacobs, Quillin, and Lee, etc. are clearly bigger men than him.

Canelo walks around at at least 175 and he has weighed over 170 numerous times on fight night.

    Canelo 167 - Mosley 164

    Canelo 171 - Lara 166

    Canelo 172 - Trout 171

Canelo 170 - Angulo 174 or it might be the other way round (some sources say it was this and others say it was actually Canelo who weighed 174, either way Canelo was 170 minimum.

And he was obviously over 170 when he fought Kirkland too. Both him and Kirkland looked like they were about 180 at one of their pre-fight press conferences.

Kirkland was 174 against Carlos Molina, over 20lbs what he was on the scales the day before.

Angulo is another LMW who has come in over 170 numerous times. He was 174 against Lara. LMW Lara was 170 against Ishe Smith IIRC.

Canelo started camp for Floyd at 176, Golovkin walks around at about 170 and he said he was walking around at 167 in a recent video interview and that was one month after he'd fought and was out of training.

    Golovkin 173 - Rubio 181

    Golovkin 170 - Macklin 170

    Golovkin 168 - Proksa 166

Golovkin 167 - Rosado ? I'm not sure how much he weighed but he was 175 for Quillin

    Golovkin 170 - Monroe 172

It's funny, people were saying Abraham, Kessler an froch were going to do the same thing in the super 6. Ward will win 80% of the rounds against little g. He is too smart and too strong for him.

He is on another thread calling Vitaly a coward in and out of the ring but he praises Maywether, Ward, Hopkins in and out of the ring. So yeah: I would say your claim is spot on.

They payed Golovkin 1.5 million for his last fight and have Oleksander Usyk signed long term and no doubt for his entire career. K2 pays opponents accordingly and certainly does not treat them any worse than DKP, GBP or TR.

Oh what the ****. I am a huge Golovkin fan but please stop making us all look like lunatics. Ward is a great fighter and hasn't been in a fight at 168 in how long? Everyone was commenting how his last fight was just shy of the LHW limit and that he should move up. And now he is. Good it was the right choice for him. He's not ducking anyone. To fight a fighter of Golovkins caliber you had better be at your best and if he feels that that isn't possible at 168 then he made the right choice. The same would go for Golovkin or any other boxer for that matter. Golovkin would want to be at his best to face so face Ward. Let Ward get a fight or 2 under his belt and he will be ready at his new weight class.

Some of the **** that is said here makes no sense.
