    That's actually not that bad of a fight, Zaveck is a decent opponent, the stoppage against Berto was due to a cut, he wasn't KO'd, although it'll probably end up looking just like Thurman-Zaveck, he probably won't win a round.

    Its a stay busy fight and not worth him getting a million or so. He's waiting to see what happens with Cotto, Canelo, GGG etc.

    Haymon's got quite a few fighters at 154 and 160 signed plus with free cash given to him he could get a better opponent for Lara.

    I know it's not a deep division but this is a disgraceful fight.

    Lara could just move up to 160? I mean he did fight Paul Williams and many said beat him so he cant say he is too small for middle weights.

    Culcay has a match, Jermell has a match, Mundine has a match, Andrade has a match, Jermall just fought, Vanes just fought, Kirkland would be nice but he only fights once every two years, JRock just fought, K9 is done, Trout has already lost to him, Willie Nelson or Michel Soro would be good picks but they also have a legit chance at beating him so Haymon doesn't want to risk it. Jan isn't that bad all things considered.:conf

    Lara has a good sized frame, he would not be at disadvantage at 160.

    He should fight Mora or Truax next then get winner or Quillin-Jacobs.

    Zavek's 39 and a career WW. His highest ever weight was 152ΒΌ. The only other time he's weighed over the WW limit was for his last fight when he came in at 151.
