No wonder boxing is dead. Two nobodies who call themselves champs? Hahahaha.

:hand Don't lump them in together.

Smith is fortunate he ended up paired with Thompson and not Michel Soro. Him being champ is a bit of a lark.

Flanagan, however, is all class. What he did today is nothing to sneeze at.

Maybe watch the fights first troll. They destroyed their opponents, Flanagan in particular looked outstanding he's possibly the best lightweight in the world.

He dropped four of five (you could argue five straight) against Thompson, absolutely no way is he beating Michel Soro.

I'm not buying it. Ten stoppages in 21 bouts, he shouldn't be going into any contest "knowing" he can hurt anyone.

Im made up for Beefy, even stevie wonder could see he hurt thompson with his punches, body an head. Great jabs and great finish.
Slow start for Liam and Thompson was the smarter fighter, but once Liam found his range then game over, we will see how he fares now as champion as big fights ahead.
Flanagan was fantastic, cant wait to see him out again, he looked excellent tonight, an put to bed he didnt deserve the belt stuff due to how previous fight ended.
Feel sorry for Stalker but buzzing to have 2 British world champs in Liam and Terry

Catterall put in a faultless performance too, boring or no. Really sweet bit of boxing.

Flanagan had probably the best performance by a Brit this year.
    He's a deserved world champion.
I wasn't impressed with Smith's performance until the stoppage. He is good fighter, but could be in trouble against better competition.

    How exactly was I wrong?

Shafikov lost to Vazquez, so? Vazquez was until recently on top of most lists at lightweight (and only dropped from then because of Bey having technically gotten the nod) and doesn't have a legitimate defeat since Canelo seven years ago.

Who exactly has Troyanovksy beaten?

He gave the first few rounds away by not throwing enough back but he was slipping and blocking pretty much everything coming at him. Thought it was a really good performance was surprised at how good he was defensively
