Not the boogeyman...Quillian was middleweight champ 4 years ago and never lost. They've been the 2 top middleweights for years.

He's a top middleweight in the same vein that Lemieux, Murray, Lee etc are. And GGG has proven to be above that level of opposition, yesterday's performance to me solidified it completely. Quillin would be a another "decent" name on his resume but he's not some sort of test GGG has to pass that's for sure.

doubt andre ward even fights him at 168 either.. at any rate ward will want a couple of warm up fights at smw (if he can even still make it). SO FORGET WARD.
A man should be allowed to clean out his division ffs.

Lol @ little G fans who keep calling Ward a light heavyweight

Ward is the WBA super middleweight champion and is offering to fight Golovkin at the 168 pound super middleweight limit.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

    Quillen didn't want it. FACT
Froch had the opportunity with everything in his favor and he RETIRED instead. FACT
Andre WArd... fairly valid... but why the f**k is GGG supposed to step up to fight Ward at 168, but it's cool if Ward "goes up" to 172 to fight a NOBODY, and now goes to 175 to fight a guy I have never heard of. Double standard much?????

Absolutely... Atlas would give alot of the GGG fanboys hell on here for the stupid remarks they make about him being an ATG, The GOAT, A GOD all this garbage Without GGG fighting one Elite fighter...PERIOD... And his Over the top fans are the reason why i want to see GGG lose as well... All Hype no substance as of right now, though there is potential.

That's the question, Golovkin is a middleweight, he wants to unify the division, that is his ambition.

Ward is moving to light heavyweight.
Cotto lost his cobblers and didn't want any of it.
Canelo would but Oscar used the word "eventually".
Quillin didn't want to fight Korobov and dropped his title, and reportedly wants 5-10 million to fight Golovkin depending on what reports you read
If Andy Lee beat BJS I can see that happening.

It is not Golovkins fault or problem the middleweights are not on his level, he is mopping them up and that is exactly what he should be doing.
