He was stripped of his belts whilst Ward remained inactive, but kept his belts. At the time retirement had nothing bigger on the horizon than his previous bout. Chavez blew their bout.

Since his retirement things have moved on. Ward had moved up to LHW.

He still could have his Vegas fight. Badou Jack would be ideal for the comeback

Fight Degale at the City Ground and then say goodbye for good

Nah, too busy giving horrendous opinions on fighters he knows nothing about on Sky and talking about how he fought in front of 80,000.

GGG would be the obvious one, with him being a PPV attraction in the USA froch will get loads of money, he was on about a vegas fight with chavez as something he wanted to do.

His legacy will increase a lot if he wins, even people who don't like him would presumably respect him if he beats GGG

As opposed to you giving even worse opinions about boxers you know even less about having fantasy fights on boxing fourms. Well done.

Still can't believe the idiocy of the man posting a picture saying too big and strong for Golovkin when everyone was talking about the fight. If that was the case you'd fight him, win, make millions and get even more **** kissing he desperately craves. Odd if you ask me.
I think he lost even more fans after choosing to retire rather than fight Degale, GGG or Ward who apparently would have came over here. If he came back now I think most would love to see him take a hiding.

I wanted him to have another fight but only if he really wanted it. Not sure a comeback really makes sense now. Not really a fan of his punditry - everything seems to come back to being about him or his achievements - but I don#t think a return to the ring is the way forward

This winds me up. He has got to retire at some point. There will always be somebody he could fight whenever he retired.

Idiots saying he was ducking GGG. He just can not be ****d with another training camp, no motivation. He is healthy, 3 kids and the Missus. He has done the right thing. I would have loved him in with GGG .

As much of a tool he is, he was NEVER going to top that night at Wembley.

Biggest fight in the country, settling a score like he did etc? Pretty sure his ego is fine with walking away on that note.

He never fought in Las Vegas. He held out for Chavez for the Vegas fight and wasted time as a result. Badou Jack gives him a Vegas option again. A win could lead BHOP'S last bout or the mega GGG fight
