These ^. Stick in Andrade as well perhaps, and also (and I'm sure I'm unusual in this one) Matvey Korobov - in spite of his lamentably fragile mandible he remains one of the best pure boxers in the division IMO.

Oh, and BJS if he beats Lee, ofc.

 

Good list. I would remove N'Dam, Wade, Magomedov and Charlo. They are just not bringing anything to the table or Golovkin's resume. Unfortunately, it looks like they will squeeze Tureano Johnson (who is IBF mandatory) before the Canelo/Cotto winner.

 

Golovkins on a roll at the minute, and you'd have to fancy him against any of the names on the list, BUT...

I think Cotto could make it interesting in the early rounds. He's certainly capable of landing on Golovkin, and provided he keeps his own chin out the way, i believe he could be competitive. Size difference and age are against him though.

Quillin has the tools to outbox Golovkin imo, but he doesn't have the heart or mindset to go into the trenches.

Canelo would be a live opponent, but the size difference, and his own bravado would be his undoing, and i see him being TKO'd.

Lee would be up for it, but i don't see him lasting more than a few rounds.

I like BJS, but he would be in over his head, i'm pretty sure he thinks the same.

Lara, ummmmm, this is the one i find intriguing.
