there was no injury.karpency quit sayiing he had enough.it was his corner claiming injury after stoppage to disqualify fonfara.was denied..there is video of karpency telling referee to stop fight cus he had enough.
as for fonfara he had legit broken ight hand and was out for 6 months

Well unlike you my world doesn't revolve around Polish fighters and every little tiny thing that happens to them, I don't care the fact remains he was getting outboxed by Karpency regardless of why Tommy quit.

This would be the kind of fight where Fonfara and Pascal each clearly winning only a few rounds and the rest of the rounds being close which those who favor aggressors would favor fonfara and those with a sweet science mindset would favor Pascal and we'd see 116-112 scores each way in the RBR. Polish people would start celebrating a "clear victory" from 9th round onwards. I guess whoever has the home advantage would probably get a close decision.

That was against light hitting Cleverly though. Not that Pascal is a brutal puncher, but far more potent than Cleverly.

I think Pascal's fits and bursts would see him edging it. Fonfara fought well against Cleverly, but I'm not sure he could handle Pascal's mobility.

Based on what? His life and death struggle with Cleverly?

Fonfara easily outworks Gascal. You're in the minority picking against Fonfara here, read the thread.

That's the impression of his last fight vs Gonzalez who Pascal took lightly. Pascal is a superior boxer to Fonfara by a margin with an iron chin and he's tough as hell. If I were to make an exact prediction, I'd say Pascal dominates Fonfara for the first half of the fight, then goes into survival mode, loses the final rounds and wins a close decision.

For the record, my pick has nothing to do with Kovalev. I've been kind of a Pascal fan for some time and wouldn't mind seeing him pull off a big upset in the rematch.

I wouldn't say Pascals a superior boxer than Fonfara at all. Fonfara has a better jab and a massive height/reach advantage, Pascals best chance would be to get inside and rough him up. Can't see him pulling it off tho, Fonfaras workrate would be too much for him.
