Not a chance mate!! Eubanks will outbox Spike with ease and might even finish him. Spike is a decent fighter but I think Eubank might still prove to be a special talent especially if him and Adam Booth gel together!

might prove to be a special talent? are you well? the kid got outboxed by BJS for majority of there fight! only when BJS gassed did Eubank Jr make an impact.. Sky are bigging him up soooooo much its getting boring tbh (every man and his dog are on the Hype train). He will be found out at fringe world level again!!

The other thing Re Both (the master tactician) he is also another over-rated they mention Tactics for groves (vs de gale) Andy lee tactics (vs Korobov) no tactics in that just one big shot landed.. No ever mentions the tactics for Haye Vs Klitchsko . the tactics for groves vs anderson.

Eubank imo wil be a flop maybe he can get a belt (maybe WBA regular or IBO) but that is his limit

Spike KO's Jnr. Funny how Eubanks swagger appeared back in the ring last night vs. the terrified Jeter, which was nowhere to be seen in the BJS fight apart from briefly in between rounds when he had a little face off for no reason... Jnr is an absolute joke, that should of been something like a first pro fight, it was even easier than sparring for him and it wasn't easy because Jnr is a "special talent" it was easy because it was a total mismatch and its a joke, Boxings too dangerous for mismatches like that

I agree that Spike will come to give it his all but imo it won't be enough. I've heard great things about Eubank from respected people within boxing and they all say that this kid could be special. Chris didn't have the biggest amateur career and is essentially learning his craft as he goes and he showed in spurts during the BJS fight that he has been improving.

Spike on the other hand had a good amateur career but struggled to even win a round against BJS. I just feel we've seen the best of Spike but just the tip of the iceberg with Eubank.

If I'm wrong I'll gladly hold my hands up, it won't be the first time I'm wrong and certainly won't be the last!! haha

pretty much doubt Jr will get his mitts on the IBO belt, unless Golovkin steps up a division and vacates it.

Sound man! Very good point about Eubank not having an amateur career and could still have untapped potential that we have yet to see. But BJS was all wrong for spike - whereas CEJ likes to stand in close and hook. CEJ might give Spike a chance! billy Joe says Spike kos CEJ (and his opinion is completely neutral I know  !!)

Fair enough - maybe it will go that way, who knows. But Spike is tough and he hits hard too..

Eubanks whole style is based on being able to push people back to allow him to box at hos own pace, Spike won't allow him to do that I smell an upset

Eubank will beat him on points I think, he could easily lose the fight though if he goes in with the intent of showing off the whole fight though. I do believe there is quite a big skill gap between Spike and Eubank, and I hope the Booth introduction has a big impact on him as a fighter.
