Who offers the most comprehensive and straight forward boxing tutorials online i.e. YouTube. Roach, Fenech etc???
Go to YouTube and search Ron Lipton boxing. He has about three videos where he describes how to throw a left hook, jab, and cross. He is a fantastic trainer and a fantastic physical specimain at his age.
I find JT Van's stuff pretty good. Mostly I watched technique ****ysis of the pros and it blows my mind how much stuff is going on in a seemingly simple match. There is one on distance that focuses on Mayweather and how he uses his head and lead leg to give false distance constantly - it's incredible and once you understand it you can watch his matches and see him doing it all the time.
Wow. Those Right Hand Power Drills look life-ending!!! So short and yet so damned hard. Spotted one by him called 'choreography' that has some good detail on movement and weight distribution too.
If you Google search him, he also has a website with articles, etc. He offers his services as a trainer with his specialty being able to increase your punching power. I contact Chris Algeri and suggested he look Ron up. I guess he never did. He is exactly what Chris needs.
