After watching 44 y.o. slow like hell Tony Thompson knocked down Malik Scott with an arm punch, what do you think about Wilder-Scott famous match?

It seems more legit now as Scott proved tonight he has super-glass chin, just slightly better than Price.

Scott might be packing more glass in his whiskers and dome than a thousand bottle banks but puny little 9st meth-head dweeb Charlie Z took a far harder left hook from Wilder than the one Scott took and he was totally clear headed and back up in seconds.

But to be fair Charlie Z is an iron chinned warrior.

With everything going on with that fight, the gambling debt rumors, they being friends and the punch he went down on not even landing (the punch before that at least mostly blocked) I'm pretty damn sure Scotty took a dive.
If his friend knew is another matter, but it looks like he paid off his alledged gambling debts right there and then.

Knockdown was legit, Scott is just a pu$$y with no chin.

Hard to deny the "wink" before the left was thrown

I think it was dive and I don't say that lightly. The bout smelled from the get go. Posters above elaborated on that but here is more food for thought.
When a boxer connects on the button to knock a man out he knows it's over. However when Wilder "landed" and Scott went down Scott's eyes never left looking at Wilder on the way down. He also put his arms out in front of him to brace his fall. Why is this significant?
Look at Wilder's reaction. He turns away immediately and goes to a neutral corner and celebrates, never once looking back to see what the count was, to see if Scott had gotten up. It's as if he knew the fight would be over. That punch he landed and Scott's reaction to it was not the reaction of a fighter "being out"

That too. It was sloppy execution of a fix. And that's why it's being addressed on other prime time bouts now

I don't buy that was a real KO, either he was paid to take a dive or more likely he got scared and decided he didn't want it.

Even the crowd in attendance instantly knew it was a dive as soon as they got a glimpse at the replay on the big screen seconds later. Instantly.
