Why did u mention bhop mw resume? If Bernard stopped there we wouldn't be talking about him.....but he didnt......and that's why he's revered .......ggg won't ever face an elite, a level, fighter in his prime above 160..., heck he's 33 and he still hasn't come close to fighting one......

Ward could have easily made GGG look like a super ducker. When Ward claims K2 sent the 50/50 at 164 offer instead of ignoring it they should have responded asap with 60/40 at 166. This way the ball is back in K2's court and if they refuse that then its a sure duck nobody can deny.:good

What would Ward do if they accepted the offer ? Suddenly get injured or sue somebody ? He has never wanted to fight GGG and sent an offer only when he knew for sure that it couldn't be accepted.

Golovkins priorities are becoming UNDISPUTED MW CHAMPION OF THE WORLD, and all other MW titlists are priority.

As are his mandatories.

Ward is finally moving on to his natural weight class.

We'll see if he's still elite if he can beat Kovalev, Pimp, or even Brahmer for that matter. :-(

 

I'm thinking Ward will have a couple of joke fights on HBO then when it comes to fighting Kovalev he will bolt to PBC and fight Jack/Dirrells/DeGale at catch-weights for 1 mil $ a pop.

 

If carl Froch would have fought ggg he wouldn't have fought lemieux ....and ggg was pursuing a froch fight .....so it seems like unifying becomes the priority when ward is in the picture

Out of curiosity what are your thoughts on Marvin Hagler who is a ****ing bad ass and an ATG himself but never left 160 and his best wins for the most part are guys that moved up from lower weights?

While I believe that GGG will unify and defend a few times then move up, what if he didn't?

What if he stayed put and his career went on a few more years and some really good fighters moved up and he just stayed at the weight and dominated?

Seems to be a lot of double standards here.

For the record I love Ward and think he is a great fighter. I think it sucks that him and GGG wont fight but hopefully in the future.
