Cuenca picked up the pace in the third and managed to shade it, imo.

    29-28 Troyanovsky

Are the Russians starting a "there's only 1 Troyanovsky" chant? :blood

I am as biased as it gets (pro Cuenca and anti Troyanovsky) but the Russian has dominated every frame. :verysad

Cuenca tried being the aggressor there, perhaps in hopes of channeling a little Omar Narváez magic, but he isn't El Huracan.

Troya too slow he just landed no more than one or two big punches in round two and three

Yeah but they were enough. Cuenca's been hurt every round.

Cuenca running circles around Troyanovsky, but he is not active enough. Troyanovsky landed the better punches. Close round, but I give it to the Russian.

    10-9 Troyanovsky
    38-38 Even

    38-38

Troyanovski's late flourish wasn't quite enough to overcome the 2:30 that Cuenca controlled. But the Cuenca rounds are both close.

    Round 4

Cuenca rapidly circumnavigating at mid-range and letting the leather fly, loose and fast. Troyanovsky is spinning and keeping himself squared up to Cuenca, ready to strike. Quick flurries jumping in by Cuenca, working off the pecking right jab at Troyanovsky's face, hooking the body and winging lefts into his armpits. Troyanovsky is leaning back to gain space and bowling jabs and crosses down the lane, snapping Cuenca's head back. Nice exchanges, big difference in power.

    10-9 Troyanovsky

    40-36 Troyanovsky

Cuenca has shown so far a good punching resistance and a good chin but he needs to box more because the time is running out.
