I can't stand those Smith brothers, bunch of hype jobs. I dont know enough about Fieldings(only seen the vera fight), to know if he can pull it off,but I hope he does.
I dont hate them. I just can't stand them. Hate is an extreme word. The 2 I dislike the most are Liam and Callum.
Wow... Being Scottish I am not usually one to pull someone up on having an irrational dislike for someone, but disliking Callum Smith is a bit strange. He's as dull as dishwater, can't see why you've built up so much disdain towards him
Yeah, sorry, i changed it when i realised my mistake. Still, considering some boxers, the Smith lads seem ok. As for them being hyped; all boxers with promoters who have sway are over hyped to an extent. You would have to dislike many boxers if you want to remain objective. There is to much of this nonsense around here. Not liking fighters for being hyped, believing in themselves and talking themselves up or disliking certain fighters because of said fighters overbearing fans. Can't people just enjoy the fights and leave out all the childish ****?
You literally have no reason to hate any of them. Very quiet guys, as for being hype jobs, Callum and Liam are unbeaten so we really don't know how good they will or will not be, Stephen has only lost to now world champion Lee Selby and as for Paul there wasn't really a big hype machine behind him and he has done alright for himself.
Stephen seems the best of them. They do my head in though and I'm a Scouser myself. Obviously without knowing them personally it's tough to say but they come across as extremely self centred and arrogant. Paul is the worst. He has delusions of grandeur about his own ability and if you disagree with him on Twitter he just gets personal with you and blocks you. This is the guy who got 3 big fights after another without earning any of them and he couldn't even be bothered getting into shape for a fight with one of the best boxers of the past 20 years. He then bangs on about others being unprofessional. Hypocrite.
They've all been heavily hyped without just cause and they do carry a sense of arrogance. I can't see any of them troubling anyone truly world class at their weight. I can imagine being known as the four 'boxing brothers' in Liverpool would prob be enough to give them big heads.
they do come across as pr*cks alright. in contrast i like fieldings personality more. He seems more down to earth. Watching a callum smith interview requires effort because he's so boring.
Can't stand the smith brothers they seem to think they are the bees knees because they all box. However none of them are exeptional skills, just grafters with decent builds who can take punishment and give a good go. That's it Fielding with take care of Callum, he is a stiff, never boxed beyond domestic and already predicted to be a top elite fighter because of his build and his surname
True, I can see myself getting some larger at the local pub with someone with a personality like Fielding, and getting into a fight with some douchebags like teh Smith bros.
