    What's wrong with that list?

You are comparing Corbett to Povetkin? Seriously?

I just noted him as being higher on most All time lists. But I don't see him having any chance to beat Povetkin:good

Ruiz has a deceptively excellent resume and is underrated, he fought far more contenders than most, but his losses and even some of his wins don't paint the most flattering picture. There are fighters who fought and beat far less contenders that will get rated above him, contemporaries Byrd and Vitali for example often are.

But I think Povetkin should be rated above Ruddock, Weaver, Bruno, Lyle, and Moorer.

Well he clearly asked you to name 30 better heavyweights, and you came up with guys like Corbett.

Another thing is that being a pioneer doesn't equal being great.

    I see your point.

H2H I rank Povetkin higher, by resume he clearly isn't TOP-30 yet that's what I meant to say.

I think some of 80's and 90's guys are better than Povetkin H2H in their best shape, but they are underachievers and should rank lower than him based on resume.

Well, there aren't any ranks in reality, especially those kind of highly subjective "all-time lists", which seem to be quite often mentioned on these forums in order to either discredit or exaggerate someone.

With that being said, I surely won't consider winning a "world" title in 19th century when boxing wasn't even a sport an achievement comparable to what Povetkin has done.

I got him top 30 RIGHT NOW.

Let him take out Stiverne/Wilder/Jennings......and he could be peeking into the top 15.:think

It was a cut and a b.s. stoppage. Not that impressive.

The words Povetkin and ATG don't even belong in the same sentence, let alone him belonging in ATG talk.
