from what I understand he hasn't been granted one due to an incident with his dad. However, as in all walks of life - the conviction will be spent and he will one day be eligible for a BBBofC license. In the meantime, fighting as he does on European card & building his resume at a steady pace will do him no harm. As for poor matching etc, let's not forget he's a prospect - and if it's good enough for the Matchroom lot, why shouldn't he serve his apprenticehip in this way.
Mark Heffron is a decent boxer but an absolute nightmare. Will do well to fulfill his potential. Too much else going on
