Why is Ward not a PPV fighter?

99.99% of fighters aren't PPV fighters. WHat exactly is your point? Why isn't anyone else a PPV fighter? Even the "fan friendly" almighty GGG couldn't crack 200k buys. Hell, even Cotto (one of the top 2 draws in boxing right now) didn't put up big numbers against another fan friendly, ***y Sergio.

It takes a LOT to be a PPV fighter, especially if you are not known for devastating power. Dumb thread.

south americans command the ppv sales and they like brawls and exciting fights. ward does not fit that category. floyd was just lucky with the oscar fight, his undefeated record, and his speed to be marketed well for a while. most ppv stars are exciting fighters from their early careers and consistently proving it in every challenge they encounter.
