It really is brilliant - British Boxing is thriving.

Super Hans, I think this is worth re-posting on the main board so other nations can congratulate us.

You can say about Eddie Hearn what you want, but his fighters are able to grab world titles.

Some very weak World Champions these days with all these belts flying about.

What is in the list for Unified Champions?

McDonnell & Quigg are not world champions, Liam Smith is domestic level & hasn't fought anyone. But a great time for British boxing nonetheless.

Quigg is the WBA's highest ranked world champion, Rigo was stripped.

McDonnell is 'regular champion' but is the most legit regular champion of the lot as he should be IBF & WBO champ but not for politics. And don't act like other countries champions are fully legit. Broner? Plus the regular champs for them (who for the record are faaarrr less legit than McDonnell) was included in the total.

In fact, if I leave the regular champs out of it, UK are still up by a clear two (Yanks have Thurman & Jacobs as regulars)
