Brilliant achievement, but that was awful for boxing

Two men completely unwilling to engage. Sooner Fury is dethroned the better, he is so boring to watch.

    Agreed.

I'd like to see Povetkin get the chance to fight for the belts.

Yet when Haye beat Valuev by running around the ring, barely engaging and getting a gift decision, everyone loved it and thought it was great for boxing.

Saying Fury is boring to watch is idiotic, this is the first fight that wasn't good to watch from him.

:hammertime Not Fury's fault Wlad didn't throw a punch all night. When a boxer is in a completely different league to his opponent, it can make for a boring fight I guess.

Terrible fight but everyone was expecting Fury to get blown away, he did the unthinkable and still people moan.

However Fury has a bit of the Groves about him which keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Name an entertaining fight other than when he comes into the ring out of shape against clowns?

Well from now on in the so called big hitters and entertaining fighters can come in and see what they can do against him

    Will be interesting

His song after the fight was more entertaining than Klitschko during the fight

He seemed afraid to throw punches

If anyone should be criticised it should be klitschko not Fury

And well done to the Fury team for not allowing them to get away with the foam in the ring

There is a great 5 minute clip on youtube of Fury and team arriving at the ring and they know full well they were being set up as soon as they got there

Op is a complete fool fury executed a awesome game plan by going into the back yar of one of Dullest fighters of th generation and completly nullifying him fury I not a boring fighter but did wat he needed to do he will be in some exciting fights in the future and brings more entertainment than the division has seen in a decade
I suspect th op is probably Scott Gifford in disguise or one of that ****s minions

Awesome game plan? He averaged about 7 punches a round? It was awful to watch. Get off his nuts.

Blame wlad as it takes two to make a good fight, at one point fury stood in front of wlad begging him to throw a shot , but he wouldnt ...

Both fighters landed 23 percent of their punches, according to CompuBox. Fury landed 86 of 371, whereas Klitschko connected on 52 of 231. In power punches landed, Fury had a 48-18 advantage.

That's the actual stats. Fury winning comfortably. Why should he risk throwing more punches per round when he's on top.

    Professional job

Any criticism for this fight has to be at Klitschko

If they ever fight again Fury will beat him even easier now

    Job done

Made himself a multi millionaire and he's in the big time now

Some huge paydays ahead and some huge fights

The Americans will love him and the singing in the ring will be right up their street

Would love to go to Vegas or New York for a Fury fight - especially if the US Irish fight fans get on board

Are you British? If so then why would you want him to get dethroned?

He is tedious outside of the ring and boring within it.

Boxing isn't about blindly backing someone because you were born on a piece of land in the same country.

It's Solaris' latest pathetic attempt to contribute something to these boards. It's sadly appropriate that his username is now backwards as most people quite rightly consider him just that.
