Benn looked sharp on the pads with Hatton! For a guy in his 50s, he shouldn't be throwing explosive combos like that!

I loved them both as fighters

    I couldn't watch this fight

Would want to remember them in their prime

This would be horrible to watch

This will provide more entertainment than the entire 2015 schedule of domestic shyte combined on Sky Sports and Boxnation.

I'd love this fight to happen there so competitive against each other I think they would both give there all and it would be a war. But would it be on a full card or would it be a single one off event on ITV ?

great if the undercard was all (very fit) past boxers getting it on again. You can a competitive 'Masters' category in most other competitive sports so why not boxing. Don't get me wrong I've no interest in watching two out of shape fatty's trying to get a bank balance boosts, but these guys, in the vocab my son are "sick and dench" :)

Benn feels he's a better fighter now than he was in his prime, more skilled and fitter.

Do you believe that? I'd be surprised. If Hopkins struggled, I'd expect an out of shape, and not as savvy Sr to be tormented but tough as nails.

Maybe we could Hagler and Leonard out of retirement and be on the same bill - now that would be a sell out !! What other pair of old foes could come out and so it again that seem in pretty good nick

Benn would gas. Whoever talked about seeing him on the pads, yes he looked explosive but he throws all power shots and then needs 10 seconds rest every so often. He would need a good 3 months camp to get anywhere near a decent level of fitness.

I'm guessing Eubank right now would be months ahead of Benn fitness wise.

Eubank would weather the early storm and then stop him.
