Talk is cheap. As much as i dislike Eubank, this will be a BJS type schooling, except Eubank is nastier and heavier handed.
Bjs is probably the best pure boxer @ 160, he just has average power and stamina issues, his chin seems pretty good as well. Eubank jr has the physical tools to be a beast. He took control of the fight after a slow start and the fight was a razor close sd.
hes a poser with shoddy footwork, he throws wide punches aswell. strong, fast, big and can be elusive. but o'sullivan wont go down to him.
So many are missing this about CEJ. He is not invincible -- he can be hit...and that one single fact gives Spike a chance. People from england dont necessarily understand 'Cork/Irish humour'. Trust me Spike is NOT rattled by Eubank. Posters on here are misjudging Spike very badly here. CEJ might win - but Spike is a real threat to him, I guarantee it.
Absolutely. But Spike is nothing more than a plodder with a punch. Eubank is nowhere near the boxer BJS is, but he's awkward, fast and seems to have a decent engine. Unless Eubank walks onto something silly, due to posturing and showboating, this will be a near shutout, with Spike getting bust up in the process.
people will say eubank wont be as good as his dad, then in the same setence say hes invincible; well i tell you now, Snr wasnt invincible , so what does that make his son.
This sounds exactly right to me. Is Spike at the same level as Chudinov? Probably would be an underdog if they fought. I see a mid-late rounds KO for CEJ, without losing a round but Spike will be game but in above his head IMO
that was a funny aul gloves are off dont want to see either lose a lot of interesting fights out there for both
