You guys realize that by asking for this guy to be canned that you're just as bad as all of the SJW, and Liberal-Progressives who start these modern day witch hunts whenever they hear something they don't like. I think the media is completely biased these days as well, and that probably won't change anytime soon..... Fury has the right to bash gays, transgenders, say whatever he wants about women and this guy has the right to call him a ****head. Well... That's what I believe anyways, the Governments of many Western European countries actually believe in Orwellian 'thought crimes'.
And you need to realize it is 2015 not the 20th Century. I do not agree with everything that happens now. But as someone old enough to live through the 70s onwards, I think 2015 is generally a lot better for far more people than when I started 'work' in 1990.
Yeah that's clearly not what fury said. I wish he was a bit more intelligent to be able to counter that claim, he could easily say he hates shoplifters as well as pedophiles, but it doesn't mean he puts them on a level playing field. I realise he's saying he doesn't hate anyone but I'm sure you get my point.
Not necessarily with the stance on *******uals, but having a go at other SPOTY nominees and Lennox Lewis for no real reason doesn't help his cause.
http://i.imgur.com/BZmOREW.jpg Can't stand when people mention the current year when trying to mention a point. :nono I agree though.... Things have gotten far better for EVERYONE and liberals, SJW are complaining more than ever about social injustice.
Modern SJW are awful - real jack of all trades masters of none. Some of them are worse than others in being self appointed 'moral crusaders' - the more specialist boxing journalists have been relatively okay with the recent furore (Kevin Mitchell or Jeff Powell); but the others have been incredulous. Paul Hayward thought Tyson Fury displayed 'zero' boxing skill
He said *******uality should be illegal. Well then perhaps he should find a different country, as that will never be the case here. Maybe he will be more at home in Raqqa, Syria.
As boxing fans what do we care about what someone says outside of the ring? It's what happens INSIDE that matters. Sure... We all have boxers we find annoying, but to have a media frenzy around some comments a boxer made about gays, women is ridiculous.
Yes, I understand that. Generally things have improved a lot. I wouldn't want to turn the clock back to the 1970s or '80s, whether it's Ali explaining the "problem" of "mixing races" and "half-and-half children", or whether it's Bernard Manning or Jim Davidson telling rac!st jokes as "family entertainment" on Saturday prime time TV. But, in 2015, I feel things have got to a point where the media are looking to make problems where there really isn't one, and the newspaper press especially seem to be out to scapegoat and stereotype people such as Tyson Fury, people from the "lower classes" who had the audacity to make good. Ironically, the same newspapers routinely peddle and incite hate against foreigners and immigrants as a matter of course. It's unfortunate that a lot of the "liberal" press has joined in with the right-wing press in the attack upon Fury. Snobbery and elitism cuts across the spectrum. Having said all that, Fury is intelligent enough to have predicted a large amount of this anyway, and probably is quite genuine when he say he doesn't g!ve a f**k.
"In an interview with the Mail on Sunday last month, he said there were three things that needed to be accomplished before the devil comes home *******uality, abortion and paedophilia being legalised. When I say paedophiles could be made legal, it sounds crazy, he continued. But if I had said to you about the first two being made legal in the 50s, I would have been looked upon as a crazy man."
Kellie maloneys comments on Tyson are bloody rich considering what she/he said a decade ago http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/3666155.stm
Kellie has since said that she has changed her mind on the views she once held. There's nothing wrong with changing your mind.
