I must of missed the bit where I wrote that Whyte would go six rounds with Wlad. Show me where that is.

That said, the new "Pacifist" Wald probably wouldn't worry any decent HW and many could go six rounds if Wald throws less than ten punches per round.

Wlad's finished!! He threw less than eight punches per round against Fury ffs. He is clearly better than Whyte, but then so is AJ. What's your point?

    No, I wrote it.

You're saying Joshua is a "test" for anyone, yet took 20 minutes longer than he should have to KO a man who hasn't done a single thing of note as a pro.

AJ, on paper, is a test for anyone. But when he meets people who punch back - like tonight - he's clueless.

    Oh, it's seven now??

    Do I hear 8??

It may be that both Whyte and Joshua are grossly overrated..time will tell.

What I am pretty certain of, is that Wlad, through his own timid performance against a feather fisted fighter like Fury.

One more thing, most of the fighters who have fought both Wlad and Vitali state that Vitali hits much harder than Wlad....so I'll take the experts opinion rather than the guesswork of some armchair know-all like you..okay?

Yes he's still green, but he adapted and got back in control of the fight.

We've seen fighters like Campbell get unstuck early against credible opponents and then drift through the rest of 12 rounds not knowing what to do or how to adapt.

At least Joshua wisened to Whyte's tactics and turned it around on him, by delivering the body shots before head shots and mixing it up on the inside with combinations.

That shows he has what it takes to be in there with the best.

Tyson fury fought bums and looked pedestrian against euro fodder and no one gave him a chance against wlad because of his resume, but he jumped up to match Wlad's level a fortnight ago.

I can't see why Joshua wouldn't be able to do the same he if fought a wilder or haye now.

But you implied that I suggested that I was mental if I believed that Whyte could go six rounds with Wlad...when I never suggested any such thing!!

So, in effect, you are making up sh!t and attributing such sh!t to posters, simply so you can argue with them? Which means you are arguing with yourself, old Son (which is never a good thing to do via social media, or in public).

Give it up man!! You are embarrassing yourself. Quit now, before you do your shoddy reputation additional irreparable damage!!

You are wasting your time mate!! The guy is a nutter and incapable of rational thought, nor able to comprehend an opinion that differs to his own ****eyed opinion.

I mean, he literally invented an opinion for me...then proceeded to trash the same phantom opinion!!:rofl

He was very sloppy in that second round, got caught and was lucky to survive. If he's as sloppy as that vs better guys than Whyte it won't be the mega career his fans think is coming.

Joshua was ready to go in the 2nd. Had it have been an A level fighter in there with him who's got the killer instinct I think it would have been over.

As he is a relevant talking point at the moment, Haye would have stopped him in there tonight IMO.

Credit for the finish but how he reacted after the ko I just dont get. Dillian could have been badly hurt. I thought he was in a bad way when the cameras stopped filming the ring and moved to the crowd.

Robert Smith even told AJ to calm down. Bad things have happened in a British ring

look at Enzo compared to AJ

    that is reasonable.

To be honest, I thought if he ever got tagged like that he would fold and that would be the hype train well and truly derailed.

It would appear that Joshua's beard, whilst clearly not titanium, is far superior to David Price's (which is how vulnerable many believed Joshua to be) and is probably far better than the beards of two current world champs, Wilder and Fury!!

The Haye of three-four years ago? Almost certainly. But the Haye of today?? Who knows??

Yeah I would normally agree with that, but both fighters had no respect whatsoever for eachother.

This was a genuine grudge, not for pantomine build up.

    Exactly.

I thought it was on the same level as Prices as followed joshua's career from when he was fighting in the olympics getting tagged with headgear on.

I was actually expecting whyte to blow him out there.

But tonight proved he has a solid enough chin. Clearly not iron, but good enough for champion material.

Fury doesn't have an iron chin but is solid enough to take the old shot.

Price is a classic glass jaw, where as soon as you tag it you know he's going to sleep.

This could be true, but Joshua is supposed to be the heir apparent to K2. Vitali in his whole career never had a round as bad as Joshua in that second, especially not to a relative novice guy on the fringes.
