Bellew? Campbell? Mitchell? Whyte? Joshua? I like Tony, but he just fails to deliver nowadays. Maybe get a fight with Enzo (that could be a good fight), but he just doesn't deliver on his promises anymore. Mitchell should retire. He's great to watch, but he can't take a punch, folds when it gets tough and is never going to win the big one. Whyte should fight Chisora. Winnable fight, IMO. Joshua needs to work on his defence BIG TIME. Go for the euro belt, as he isn't ready for the big boys just yet. Maybe get a fight with Haye at the end of next year.
I doubt Hearn fancies sticking Teper in with Joshua soon as the lad can bang. Almost nailed on that Joshua fights Chisora next- would he then try and win the British outright? It's a possibility especially if every Joshua fight is now PPV.
Campbell is 2 defeats away from being a Tommy Coyle - he is a waste of space similar to big Fraudley Mitchell - the dream is over. Bellew - always produced shyte and at least he was honest about it. Whyte - improve his fitness/physique and take out Chisora, Price, Haye and Fury AJ - get in next year with Klit or Fury. He will never have a better chance against 2 **** poor fighters and it is better to get in now before better new blood emerges.
Bellew: Try and get a world title shot. Preferably not against Drozd or Lebedev. After Creed, he should have decent marketability and be able to bring either Ramriez or Glowacki to the UK. Campbell: Pursue a rematch with Mendy. Mitchell: If he can afford to retire, that might be a good option. If not, he could still make decent money on the domestic scene. Coyle would be a decent fight, or a rematch with Ricky Burns. Then go after the winner of the Cardle-Dodd rematch for the British title. Whyte: Take on a couple of journeymen to bounce back, then aim for another big domestic fight like Hughie Fury or David Price. Joshua: Defend the British title against Chisora.
Fine idea in theory but they would probably want Haye v Joshua in Wembley and it's too cold for that in Nov/ Dec So I think that would have to late until mid 2017, unless they risk it in Summer 2016 (and I doubt either party will be raring for that).
Teper has been stripped on the European title due to injury so they probably aren't that interested in him anyway.
Interesting reading the comments about both Joshua and Whyte 'taking out Haye'. Not a massive Haye fan as he is a circus, but I think he beats Whyte and gives Joshua huge problems if he is back to his old self. Joshua would struggle with his speed
Haye will postpone a week before and still get his 1% from eventim from the 10% ticket fees retained. People seem to have forgot this whanker pulled out of three fights and cost people money.
First have to see what Hayes got left after so long out + injury. Punch power and speed might have gone. Good name to have on the record for Joshua if he wants to blag a world title fight. Joshua Vs Wilder is the fight to fill Wembley and I think it's a 50-50. Nobody wants to see Joshua v Fury especially fast car.
