James 'Road Warrior' DeGale is getting shamefully overlooked here.

Wins over Dirrell and Bute in their backyards easily put him in contention for FOTY. I personally have him number 2 right behind The Furious One.

In hindsight alexthemc or whatever he's called probably rates that win higher than me.

He's one of those Mayweather fanatics who's told what to think by Mayweather.

Given Broner's is or was Mayweather hand chosen hier, and given Kell's son Porter, sonned him while Shawn was drained, dehydrated and had his soul in Kell's IKEA trophy cabinet.

I wasn't even that impressed with his win over Porter. I thought he choose not to come out of second gear due to Porter's Plan B to try harder with Plan A, Brook played it relatively safe. I was more impressed with his performance in his wins over Dan and Gavin to be honest because I don't think Porter is all that much better than them.

This is true. DeGale should be on this list, and his inclusion is far less debatable than GGG.

The nominees and their order should be:
    1. Fury
    2. Gonzalez
    3. Floyd
    4. DeGale
    5. GGG

The top two are interchangeable, but forget canelo.

Jamie McDonnell getting overlooked too. And Turbo Terry.

Even Badou Jack had a good year but his wins have astrixes against them given his history.

Floyd or Fury sounds about right. They both had wins over elite level fighters.

James had an excellent year. Still, neither Bute or Andre are on the level of a Wladimir or a Manny P. It's more than likely going to end up going to Mayweather or Fury. They hold the biggest wins of the year.

I don't see Roy Jones Jr. on the list, all those uber drivers he fought including the K.O he took Enzo might be K.O of the year.
