Doubt it... Price doesn't have the kind of qualities needed, maybe if he had beaten Thompson and ridden the momentum he could have won a strap before getting exposed. But with his style and limitations it's never going to happen now that he's found out and is sapped of his confidence. I think pre Thompson version could have beaten some good fighters based on the fact he believed in himself, and had a mean right cross.... But yeah not going to happen now.

Price has one of the worst chins in boxing, if he continues to fight he will continue to be knocked out.

Anyone know if he was still working with the American trainer for the Teper fight? He weren't in his corner.

Also, what I never understood about price is it weren't just his chin that was the problem, his overall skills just went downhill after the Thompson fight. It was like at 30 something he tried to develop a whole new fighting style. He was even shoulder rolling.

Remember the Sam ***ton fight and the Tom Dallas fight springs to mind. Heck even all his early fights - he would fire of a shot or combination and then his guard would be up and other fighter was just hitting gloves. He had a pretty good defence to be honest, yet for some reason he started dropping his hands and shoulder rolling. I just don't get it.

It won't be long now before Price is back doing the rounds as a plumber, while Fury is defending his world titles. Funny how life works out. :nut

Yep. Must have listened to all the criticism of him being a robot. He was much better when he fought nervous and upright. Trying to be laid back has ruined the one thing he had... a massive right hand!
