Boxing fans who left for mma. Will you miss them?

    Now that some redneck with tattoos from europe actually won a belt in some back water ufc division. I see alot of posters saying "they are fans of both sports." Yeah sure these mma experts have never talked about mma until now. So if these losers leave boxing for good because they finally have some euro-bum champion will you miss them?

    How can you 'leave' boxing for mma? Anyone that 'leaves' boxing was never a fan.

    I'm irish and even though mcgregor won I coukd give a toss, the sport is a joke at attracts fighters not good enough to be boxers and attracts fans not intelligent enough to appreciate boxing

    On the undercard I saw two guus just hugging eachother on the ground nothing else happening and the commentator goes 'this is highlight reel stuff right here 'lmfao

    Iv never heard a boxing commentator say clinching is highlight reel material

    I've followed MMA since Royce Gracie was schooling guys 100lbs heavier than him.

    I'm a much bigger boxing fan, but I've see no reason why people cant be fans of both.

    Its kik saying you have to be either a fan of rugby or soccer

    I've been a fan of ALL combat sports long before I started posting on ESB. And no, I won't miss anyone who abandoned boxing completely for MMA, but I see no issue for a boxing fan who's also taken a liking to MMA. Boxing fans need to stop being so insecure.
