Why was Dillian Whyte so under rated before his fight with Joshua?

Why did everyone assume this would be like Joshua's previous fights when both were undefeated with a similar record at Heavyweight and where Whyte had beaten Joshua in the amatures?

After the fight now people are now saying Whyte is the best out there for Joshua - until he takes a title fight - and Joshua's best test would be to have a re-match with Whyte.

I am not keen on Joshua fighting Chisora as Chisora would fold within 3 rounds. Its weird that Joshua needs to wait another 4 months before a fight. Maybe there really is no one else out there who would test Joshua and a re-match with Whyte would be the best option.

Also I heard on a sports radio station the presenters laughing at Dhillan Whyte because he looked ' fat' saying someone who works out in the gym and dedicated himself to boxing shouldnt look that way. Meanwhile they said that Joshua looks like a true athlete with his build and muscles. Ignorance knows no bounds I guess - having some fat at heavyweight can be an advantage while being muscular doent make someone a great boxer. As George Foreman used to say ' boxing isnt beauty its physical fitness.'

Because the casuals had assumed that all of Joshua's opponents were going to be tomatoe cans that he would easily blast away.

That's why everyone was predicting that whyte wouldn't last 3 rounds.

Before this fight was even signed, I was educating people on here about what whyte was going to do to Joshua.

Sadly his conditioning let him down, he could easily have finished Joshua and there wouldn't be any more hype.

But credit to Joshua because he recovered well and dug deep and proved he can carry power into the later rounds.

It was very obvious to me what happened in that ring though. In round 2 Joshua gassed and then round 4 his body recuperated, similar to how Pascal made a miraculous recovery after getting beat down for 6 rounds against kovalev and then finding strength to come fighting back.

The casuals and the naive won't see it, but there was evidence right in front of your eyes of what is going down with this alleged Mr Humble.

But using that **** ain't going to save his ass when he steps in the ring with someone conditioned and with power.

Parker is coming to blast the bush meat out of that frauds ass when he is ready.

Whyte had no exposure so people assume he isn't that good, also I think it was more down to how good people thought Joshua was rather than being derogatory towards Whyte.

Not another person who thinks steroids go in a fighters water in between rounds?!

Joshua threw 90 punches in round 1, 70 punches in round 2 (completely loading up) he then threw just under 50 for the next 2 rounds with less loading up. It's pretty clear how he regained some energy after the 2nd.

I think we saw the attributes we expected to see. We saw he is tough and we saw he can bang. Personally, I have never been impressed by his actual boxing and I remain of that view

    Because he's dog ****?

Winning one round and lasting 7 against Joshua doesn't make him a good fighter.

Whyte is utter ****e, not even a top 30 fighter.

SIMILAR records? Whyte beat Minto, that's it. That would've been Joshua's 5th best win before he fought Whyte.

Given he had a shoulder needing surgery I'd say he was not underrated, and in fact should not have been in the ring. Just wanted his first big payday.

Another dumb african fanboy who believes Joshua is an angel.

You've obviously never heard of nandrolone and it's positve effects on V02 max.

He was loading up in every single round. His recovery was miraculous.

Watch the Pascal Kovalev fight, the same ****ing thing happens.

Jim Watt will and his senile friends will tell the dumb casuals like you that it's ''second wind'' and they'll swallow it. But those of us who study these drugs, and know what to look out for, know what the deal is

So you carry on listening to sky sports tell you Joshua is clean and that he's doing olympic style testing through wada .

When we all know if he was doing that type of testing,t here wouldn't enough sringes and test Cups to to hold all the fcuknig HGH, diuretics , androgenic hormones and bush meat spilling out of his body.

    SO **** EM!!

Stopped reading after your second sentence. Deca is taken in cycles you clinical moron, and it's injected. How the **** is giving him deca in between rounds going to bring his stamina back?!:lol::lol:

I believe all top athletes are on something including joshua...but deca in between rounds somehow being administered to give a fighter an energy boost? That might be the dumbest thing I've ever read anywhere, let alone on this forum.

You clearly have no knowledge or experience with steroids, none.

'Doing olympic style testing' sound idiotic when he did win an olympic gold medal, so at some point he was doing olympic level testing and had no issues with tests or winning...

Just enjoy what was a great contest which the more talented guy came through and won.

Whyte wasn't under rated - there were plenty on here saying he was goin to knock Joshua out and burst the bubble
