Joshua beats any version of Helenius ever, so him vs a rusty Helenius coming off a big injury is a slaughter Joshua by brutal KO
Let's see how Robbe looks against Frenchie. It has to be a LOT better than he did in his unsanctioned gift over Musafarov recently for him to hang with Joshua.
Love the future of this division. This would be a nice notch on the belt for Joshua. The giants like Fury, Wilder, Joshua have taken over so Helenious would be a good match to get Joshua ready for Fury and Wilder.
Would this still be Joshua's best scalp considering how low Helenius' stock has fallen since pre-Chisora? :think I mean, he is a yet-unbeaten (technically) onetime future top contender.
Good question, tough to answer. I would have to say yes. Helenious was ranked pretty high not that long ago.
Hellboy is a far cry from the fighter he once was and even then I'd pick Joshua to beat him. Helenius has nothing to really trouble him. He's slow, flat-footed, no head movement, no real jab, low punch output, and now he seems to have lost his power that once made him so dangerous. I can see Joshua's jab just blasting through Hellboy's high guard, shots catching him around the gloves, snapping his head back, bloodying him up, gosh it'd just be a slaughter. Helenius would literally be a walking punchbag. Wouldn't be surprised to see an early stoppage in this one given how much punishment he'd be taking.
I think Helenius punches far harder than Whyte, who had AJ momentarily out on his feet, if Joshua bumrushes him it blow up in his face in a bad way.
Joshua grinds out a hard fought victory - that being said it will be interesting to see what Helenius has left.
This fight maybe ruin joshuas future. His opponent has good amateur backround, punch hard, iron chin and is same size.
