Joshua is clearly not ready for Fury or Wlad. He has to prove he can get through a full fight. With his overly muscular frame and likely stamina issues- he needs to prove some things to himself before takes on the elite in the division.

Very good fighter who needs a few more years. People were too high on him because because of the gold medal, the impressive knockouts, and because he looks the part. Others are too low on him because of the perception that he did not deserve the gold medal, and because he cannot possibly live up to the hype. The truth is right in the middle--he is a top prospect who has all the talent in the world but needs more time.
Joshua and Hearn clearly didn't think Fury would beat Wlad, not many did to be fair. Now Fury has proven himself and has the title a longer approach is more prudent. Even if Joshua thinks he could beat Fury right now, it would still leave him with a belt he is still too inexperienced to keep for long. It's one thing facing a beaten Fury in a domestic clash but a completely different proposal to face him for the world championship. So I get why Hearn and Joshua are now taking a more sedate approach to facing Fury.
He's a fraud because he recognises he needs to improve before challenging the top guys? See people like you will always complain. If AJ challenged too early and lost, he's a fraud, but because he's doing the smart thing and improving first he's still a fraud. GTFO.
Joshua has a tremendous upside, but also a lot to learn, refine, and improve on: why rush him? He is a good 2 years away from being ready for Tyson Fury. If I were Hearm, I would spend that time improving Joshua, and building him towards a massive showdown with Fury. Match him with Chisora next. After that, I feel fights with Mariusz Wach and Erkan Teper greatly benefit Joshua.
Stamina issues ??!!! He got hurt in the second took a round to recover and then was still throwing bombs in the 7th all this while working at a workrate I have not seen in a HW fight since Povetkin Huck. Some people just want to troll about fighters for the sake of it .. tell me this how many heavyweights could have thrown the number of punches Joshua did in 7 rounds and still have the power and stamina to get the KO like he did ??? Additionally hes a 15 fight novice and hs only just stepped up to domestic / European level of course he needs time to be ready for the top guys, end of 2016 he will be knocking on the door.

I can see where you're coming, rightly or wrongly. I guess the ideal from Joshua's point of view would have been for Wlad to dominate and beat everyone and then retire and leave Joshua to mop up the mess and defend his titles against beaten fighters. Having a young, hungry champ like Fury at the top table - not mention a dangerous youn, hungry Wilder across the Pond with the other belt - is clearly not ideal. Joshua should, and probably will, bide his time until Wilder and Fury are bumped off and then go after a more beatable champion.
