I think so. He was never in undue trouble with either RJJ at LHW or Toney at CW. He was very hard to hit clean and had a truly strong chin.
He had a great chin and solid defensive mechanisms. Most likely he could last 15 rounds but there would be no doubt about the winner of such a contest. Prime McCallum could win, it's just trying to match them at a weight that suits both because McCallum is past his best at 175, maybe 160 next day weigh in?
Fighting at MW Mike easily has enough to beat Moore. Moore lost a lot of fights although to very good opposition usually defeating them in return. At MW it's a very even match up.
By my reckoning the following scored unavenged victories over Moore Ali Patterson Marciano Charles Burley Booker Wade Yarosz McCallum would certainly not look out of place on that list.
