Ok, seriously, probably Fury would win, but with Wilder's power and Fury's china chin, it's nothing certain.
I'm still sticking with Wilder winning (and no I'm not a Wilder fan), Fury fights like he's athletic but he really isn't. Wilder is as raw as ****, but there is no question he is athletic, far faster, and has more power. I think their chins are actually equal to each other. The only possibly way Fury wins this is making it very ugly. If he tries to fight off the backfoot he'll get clipped (how he beat Wlad wouldn't work on Wilder stylistically)
Interesting how some people perceive Wlad as old and shot as soon as Fury beats him: It was just over one year ago, Klitschko utterly ruined Pulev. Could Wilder have beaten Wlad last month?
It is comical that these two are even being compared. Beating Stiverne, Molina and Duhaupas makes you a fringe contender, nothing more. His title isn't based on anything except the WBC taking a three ****py fighters and seeing who the least ****py is. Every time Areola or Stiverne fight and embarrass themselves, Wilder and the WBC fraud are exposed a little further. And yet we still have the cool aid drinkers on here, comparing Wilder to a man who shocked the world.
Well, Jennings almost beat Wlad. There's always that one defining fight that shows their age. Has to happen sometime.
Fury goes for the maul and gets KTFO on the way in , or makes it in and throws some nice combos in close and puts Wilder down.
Fury wins but by boring decision. tysons too smart to get in a slugfest with wilder and fury doesnt give a rats ass about putting on a show so he"ll take it slow and easy to a win but realisticly wilder wouldnt fight Me if i just got off a 12 hr shift at work let alone a current champ lol
This is the fight to make among active HW's. The only other one coparable is Povetkin and I just don't see him overcoming Fury's size advantage. I could really see it going either way, re Fury Wilder. Fury deserves to be favorite based on his win over Wlad, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if Wilder won. Wilder has significantly greater power, near equal height, and greater speed. Fury has much greater overall size, not as big a disadvantage in speed as the size would suggest, and I feel a greater creativity and resourcefulness in the ring. I'd pick Fury, but I'd easily allow that I could be wrong. Wilder would be a live underdog and I wouldn't be shocked to see him win. As I did with Wlad though, my predicition would be this: Fury wins if it goes to decision (unless he suffers multiple knock downs) Wilder probably wins if its a (t)ko (although I'm less confident about this than that Fury wins if its a non KD decision)
