He came in the ring lighter than Manny on fight night after fighting at Jr. Middle and Middleweight for 7 1/2 years.

I want to use something to cut weight in the next month and since many of you guys always seem to know what every fighter in boxing is on, then give me a clue as to what I can safely take to help me lose 10 pounds in a month?

Swap Oscar with Floyd and you get tons of responses. I don't know **** about diuretics so I can't comment.

is a diuretic the only solution to get you where you need to be? that's dangerous territory.

lots of coconut and a big bag of mints and sugar free sweets daily will do the job fine.

if you want to get all science then start with wikipedia and a trip to the chemists.

He was at weight 2 weeks before the fight, none were needed. He trained for speed instead of power and paid the price.

Roach saw what Forbes had done with Oscar few months earlier and knew that speed and workrate would be too much for that Oscar.

Well the most commonly used diuretic is Lasix- aka Furosemide.

it's usually given to people suffering with Hypertension (high blood pressure,) or patients exhibiting signs of heart failure where they have a buildup of fluid in their lower extremities (peripheral edema.)

It's also commonly known in the healthcare community that it's used for athletes to make weight.

The other most commonly used diuretic is Hydrochlorothiazide, but that's not used as frequently as lasix/furosemide is.

If you had the odh and floyd fight close you shouldn't be allowed to comment on here regarding scoring.

What's your scoring criteria, would love a laugh. And how was odh so far past his prime, he was what 34 ??? Was at his real weight division. Hadn't been in a grueling fight since when, ? Sturm ???

Floyd is the only fighter that never ages, odh was done because you think he was ??? Best wins were vargas, Mayorga and the jab king ike sp??

He was way past it cause he was fighting floyd, I getchya...
