Article at bscene, Pacquiao just announced he'll fight Bradley but claims he'll postpone retirement for a Floyd rematch afterwards. Is that not a clear indicator that Bradley is being overlooked and cherrypicked for lack of a better word? We have seen that fight twice already and clearly Team Pacquiao knows thatBradley and his limited abilities has already done the best he can do.

Another victory over Bradley will do nothing for his legacy at least Floyd fought a different opponent in Berto. (I think the point of the fight was to give Berto a payday) If Pacquiao is so hell bent on rematching Floyd then wouldn't facing and beating a P4P level fighter like Crawford make more sense? In my opinion if the only fight he wants is Floyd then call out Floyd, skip Bradley all together and rage about fighting Floyd in every interview like Amir Khan.

Level only matter when the outcome of a fight is unknown, we already know Bradley fights like a C/D level fighter against Pacquiao. We have seen it twice already.

In a retirement fight it really doesn't matter who you fight does it? The plus is that Berto is experienced, is a former champion, and is younger and probably stronger than Floyd at this point. Pacquiao has just made it clear that this likely wont be his retirement fight, so whats the point in fighting a guy that most people say he beat twice already?

Regardless of who you think is better Berto or Bradley, I have never seen a Mayweather-Berto fight until September 2015. I have seen Pac-Bradley twice already and neither fight got a second viewing from me.

Manny will fight Bradley but will want to look good only to coax Floyd back into a rematch. I don't know whether the motivation stemming from that is a good thing or bad.

p4p yes bradley is better than Berto, but Berto is a big WW, bradley is featherfisted and couldn't even hurt guys at 140.
