Fury is Heavyweight Champion because of his incredible talent and boxing skills not because of his size.

Furys name is 'too fast' not ' too Superheavyweight'

Real boxing fans understand why the Olympics has banned the mixing of HW & SHW divisions simply because it presents an uneven playing field.
It wasn't Fury who exposed this flawed system, by Vlad Khitscho who owes all of his long reign to the fact he is a SHW fighting down to smaller HWs.
Fury just confirmed what we already knew.

Casual fans, especially those of European descent like the system the way it is because it tilts the advantage in their favor.
Both Klitscho and Fury are oversized mediocre skilled super HWs. They should be contained with other SHWs in a SHW only exclusive division.
However, if you don't mind obtaining wins by way of cheating, then you'll want the flawed system to remain flawed and uncorrected.

Uppercut I'm sorry to inform you but heavyweight in amateur boxing is 200 pounds eg cruiserweight and super heavyweight is 200 plus ,the same as heavyweight in the pros. I don't want to make you look foolish bro sorry but that needed to be pointed out

Don't worry. Nothing on this barren site can possibly aversely affect me mentally.

    The real Olympic weights are;

    • Heavyweight: up to 201
    • Super Heavyweight: over 201
So following Olympic guidelines, a great deal of current HWs would be pushed into SHW.

Now, this is amateur, so I would rather see an appropriate adjustment in the weights by rasing the max. fo each division such as;Heavyweight: Up to 220
    • Super Heavyweight: over 220 and over
As it stands today, the HW division is 200 lbs and over. That is far too large a disparity in competitive environments.

I'd also like to see height separation included.
50 years from now I wouldn't be surprised to see 7' and larger HWs.
Why wait until then to do what should be done today.

This. Zack Page is smaller than most Cruiserweights and has managed to go the distance with plenty of 6'5"+ fighters with Fury being one of them. Fury beat Wlad cause he is better not because he was bigger.

It's much more needed than the Super/Junior divisions though.

S**** some of the Super/Juniors and add a division further up. There's a big difference between a good 245lb boxer and a good 215lb boxer.

No. It would be a talentless division stacked with fat plodders and tall stiffs that can't fight, with 1-2 good fighters around. It would be the worst division of all time.

Wtf is a super heavy ? Heavy is enough. When you're over 200 lbs and in top top shape that's frigging huge. That is super right there

I only agree that all the light and super divisions NEED to go. You really ONLY should have
    Light weight
    Welter
    Middle
    Light heavy
    Heavy.

**** the rest of them, you either build up to a division or get your ass in shape.

We're supposed to be dealing with real fully developed MEN
