Szpilka has no chin. None. Go watch him kissing the canvas against fat blob David Saulsberry, average punching Bryant Jennings, and Tony Soprano wannabe Mike Mollo whom he was down against 3 times in their 2 encounters and rocked and hurt on numerous others IIRC. Mollo is a scrub at his best but he was 1-2-1 in his previous four outings prior to the first fight against Szpilka and he hadn't stepped foot in a ring for pay at all in 2.5 years. Those 2 loses came against shot to smithereens ancient versions of Golota and Jameel McLine and the win was a UD8 over a 23-11-1 journeyman. The draw came against a 18-11-1 journeyman. Szpilka literally went life-and-death with that inactive version of Mollo.
I was going to come in here and share the knowledge of my inspection regarding Szpilka's chin, but I see the fine gentleman above has put it in the exact same way that I would - namely, that he has no chin. None.
He's a gutsy guy and he has decent skills and power. I don't have anything against him or anything I just think Wilder's too big and long for him and his chin is made out of marshmallow. I don't like the way he reacts when he gets hit either.
