How well do you think Ward would do against a prime Tarver at LHW?

    I think Ward outpoints him.

Interesting matchup. Not sure who I would pick. In Oakland, I would lean towards Ward in an ugly fight. At a neutral site, Ward might get out-boxed by Tarver.

We saw Tarver get schooled by a washed up Hopkins. Ward easily.

Depends on how ward holds his lhw body. .. is there enough evidence to gauge that weight class ward ???

I would say Tarver, possibly by KO. I don't think Ward would beat Hopkins either. For some reason I just don't think Ward will fare as well at LHW. He beats GGG tho pretty handily I would say.

    First, Tarver wasn't prime.

Second, Tarver was weight drained, he just finished a movie and was over 220.

    Hopkins timed it right.

Prime Tarver Ko Ward in a boring fight until the Knockout.:deal

Like some have mentioned it does depend on how Dre looks at the weight. He can boss guys around at 168 no problem but Tarver is a different story. He was real light heavy, rangy and entered to ring 185-190.

He was made to look like a half melted milkdud stuck to the ring apron a few times though. If Ward carries that foot speed up, Tarver would have a lot of trouble pinning him down.
