Because GGG is just talking bull****, like many fighters do. Again, another reason why people shouldn't take fighters interviews too seriously. If it's not a real negotiation, then it doesn't matter.

No I didn't....Oscar looked like a zombie in there, which I don't want to see in any fight again, especially one as intriguing and anticipated as GGG-Canelo.

Why would anyone want to see any fighter horribly compromised by being weight drained? It's not only awful to watch, but makes an already dangerous sport even more dangerous.

Fighters often lie, including GGG. This isn't defending GGG, it's actually criticizing him for talking bull****.

Like many fighters, he's doing the risk/reward thing. I'm not sure how pointing out that he's talking bull**** is somehow defending him.

MW is from 155 to 160.

So canelo can come in at 155 if he wants and he can let GGG come in at 160.

    problem solved

nothing new, Canelo knows that once he shares a ring with GGG, his PPV days will be shortened

Yeah I don't get that, Canelo wants it at 155, who's stopping him? Hell he can come in at 150 if he wants to.

GGG at 160 and both men at their best fight each other, what's the problem?

Isn't that what everyone wants to see?

You'd think it would be that easy if Canelo really wants to come in 155 that bad.

If it's 90-10 @ 155, it's totally lowballing. GGG should get 50-50 for coming down.

when is ward going to back his mouth up? he claimed he is going to win the hw belts, yet wants no part of fighting in any division ever since the super 6 ended.
