Haye is fighting a nobody, however that does not mean this fight should be taken lightly, as every opponent is dangerous. I have never regarded Haye as a hard grafter im the gym or impressed with his stamina. He always had a cute style though with good reflexes and punching power.

Nothing will surprise me with tonights result which should be a Haye ko win. The opposite would not surprise me in the slightest though.

I suspect Haye would have come in lighter if he knew he'd have to use his speed. From what I've seen of De Mori this won't be the case.

Haye within three tonight for me, interesting where he goes next, possibly Christian Hammer.

Saw De Mori on the countdown show. He doesn't look very talented. Seems to get ko's through being a bit slick, hands down, going to the body etc. If you give Haye a big target, he'll hurt you. If Haye is at his best, you'd have to pick him inside 4.

Haye can be an odd ball. He's devastating but he has the ability to go against the grain and box. Sometimes he can box too much and bore the life out of you i.e. Abdoul and Valuev. I'm suspicious that he'll carry De Mori. Maybe he'll think if I blast him out in 1 then the fight looks bogus. The reality is you can be an alright fighter like Gurov and he'll bomb you out.

This is also the first time de mori has had to cut out the gear aswell though, as I assume he's being drug tested. He's clearly into bodybuilding and it looks like he probably had to abruptly stop a cycle mid way through as he got a call from hayemaker promotions, so didn't get a proper PCT in.

Just google mark de mori and you'll see photos of him in WAY better condition for other fights, and yet he's in worse condition for a fight where he's had a full training camp.

As someone already noted, he was 222 against Ruiz and that was 6 years ago.
Many people say his performance against Ruiz was his best at heavyweight, so it's not a huge deal to be 227 several years older.

This fight is meaningless anyway. He's expected to win easily even if he's gone downhill a lot. Probably wont tell us anything in that case.
And if he looks awful and struggles it could easily be put down to ring rust too, and people will await a more meaningful fight.

Of course, his shoulder might go, or he might get KO'd. Not really worth tuning in on the off chance though.

Haye was coming down from 230lbs.. at cruiserweight.. that should be well known already..

Ok he weighed in 210-215-220-225 for fights etc..

But 230lbs was the weight he was cutting from at cruiserweight..

bull****, 230 maybe if not training and on junk food, why would anyone cut down from 230 lbs to cruiser???????????????? you'r crazy man, if he ever weigh in 230 lbs he was fat and out of shape.
the fact is he weigh in 210 lbs against wlad, the biggest fight of his life. and that's with roids...he's about 190 lbs probably without roids and lifting weights.

if you can carry 230 lbs in shape, no reason to cut to cruiser... big bucks are in hw division.

also he weigh in 210 lbs for his biggest fight.

haye is a blatant roider also.

most cruisers are too small for hw, and they don't cut a lot of weight, probably barely over the cruiser weight limit.

look at marco huck, he weigh ~210 lbs vs povetkin, cunningham also agains fury. the obviously didn't cut much weight, if any.

This is a new version of Haye. His opponent was useless, but Haye looked like a HW rather than CW.

Let's see what happens next. Haye needs a more marketable opponent with some pop.

Maybe out of shape he was 230-235.. but he used to post videos of weighing 225+lbs in training.. that for sure..
