Who hits the hardest at heavyweight??

Wlad is still the hardest punching heavyweight, but it looks like he can't pull the trigger on the right hand anymore.

 

Anthony Joshua by a mile, followed by David Haye and Wladimir Klitschko

 

It's still Wlad. If he's set and in a comfortable position, Wlad hits the hardest.
Wilder and Haye are better at firing power from less grounded positions.

Ive ALWAYS said that Haye would be best served filling out his frame.

He definitely looks a LOT stronger at 227/229????whichever, but I honestly believe that 235-240 would put him at his strongest.

He's 6'3 and has wide shoulders and solid legs.

240 wouldnt take away his speed or explosiveness, but only add stamina and punch resistance. :good

 

Not an unpopular pick, but right now unproven....IMO.

When he gets the same KOs vs better opposition i will start to believe in his power. But its looking good so far. Not sure if he has knocked anyone out cold yet?

For me Wilder has true, scary power.

 

Haye has such a tiny head for his frame.

 

Wlads power is and always has been overrated. Haye, Wilder and Joshua all have better one punch power. Wlad not being able to pull the trigger anymore is nonsense, he just couldn't pull the trigger against a bigger more skilled opponent.

But Martin looks like he hits very hard. The look on Glaz face and his body mannerisms showed he wanted nothing to do with it.

And I'm in full agreement in regards to Fury being skilled and awkward. But to say his age has nothing to do with it go look at the Jennings fight his decline was very visable.

You say Wilder has better power yet the only top 10 heavyweight he's faced took him the full 12.

Joshua is still fighting British level fighters and if anyone is overrated it's Haye.

Martin type of power is classic big man power.

Wilder power is amplified by the unmatched velocity his body produces.

He looks like a young lanky Welterweight teen versus the robust stiff Heavyweights, one wants Wilder to develop an authorative Jab on steady feet, but it will alter the Wilder whose supposed vulnerability lures opponents into jumping at him & opening themselves up in the process :smoke

 

The once prevalent Anti-Wilder opposition is now reduced to faceless acts :think

 

Meh, so you are giving credit for lucky punches or using a boxers skill to open up the guard of a opponent in order to get that power punch KO?

I'd rather see skill rather than a lucky shot, because lucky shots are harder to come by the higher up the rankings and fights...
