If I was Brook I would take it. Still way more than he's ever earned before and if he's confident of knocking Khan out he will be rewarded ten fold in the future.

 

Khans sole focus is making as much money as possible, every negotiation is guna be a massive haggle, everybody other than Pacquiao or Floyd gets awful money offered to them.

He only wants the biggest 2 money makers in the division. All about the money the mans pride seems to of disappeared a few years ago.

Not gonna be earning that much in the future if all managers of potential opponents know he's prepared to take 20% and throw a belt in the mix for good measure. You have to know your worth and stick to your guns. Contract negotiations are just games of poker really. The fight will happen - eventually - and I'm guessing at 40/60 in Khan's favour...

 

Hearn is good at promoting his own shows but when it comes to negotiating with non Matchroom fighters he is totally inept.
