I think it's unlikely to happen. You need to offer huge money to get title holders to risk their belts against top opposition. Here are some possibilities. Usyk - Might be good enough now and I don't think money is as big a barrier in the CW division. Canelo - Could avoid Golovkin until he retires then offer enough money to get the other title holders in the ring. Frampton if he beats Quigg - depends on the WBA situation with Rigondeaux. Not saying Quigg doesn't have the ability I just thing he'll be more likely to stay and home and make 'big domestic fights' under Hearn.
