Klit vs Fury 2

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by BoxingProphet1, Jan 24, 2016.

  1. I predicted Fury would win on the first fight.... but for this second fight the more I find out what is going on, the more I see Klit has a small chance. Fury has been hitting the sauce way too much, publicly drunk many times, that kind of stuff will catch up with him. I think he was emotionally, mentally and physically invested the first fight but the 2nd fight there is a chance that Fury will go in too overconfident. He may feel the first fight was easy and not train as intensely.

Either way, the best fighter today in the HW division is Wilder. Wilder beats Fury or Klit for the finale between the 3.

Either way I don't suppose you could delete that last small paragraph about Wilder could you? For your own benefit if you did.

  3. I know a lot of people dismiss Wilder, but I see something in him that will make him an ATG.
    I am sure of it.

I think Wlad's management will discourage him from actually taking the fight.

Yes, I sense a bit of a Buster Douglas/Leon Spinks syndrome in Fury. He's a drinker and that's a big problem. He could have a real mental letdown and come in unprepared.

Regarding the other statement, exactly what is it that you see in Wilder? I think Wilder is about number 4 in the world and I don't see him getting any higher than that.

No...fury is a good fighter and a rematch would be competitive but wlad is on another level even at his age, he needed to lose and with his publicised family probs now over a rematch fight will be awsome...the first fight i tipped fury, coz i knew wlad would be underprepd....but wont be the same...once a champion always a champion...

If wlad loses again, in the same type of fashion, that's his fault for continuing to fight when you literally can't pull the trigger for any punches.

That first fight was won by fury truly by default. Neither guy could throw anything, it was a terrible performance by both...at least when wlad lost the other times he actually went in to try for the win.

Fury is such a bad hw, a 25/30 yr old Valuev could and would beat down fury. If wlad is 25% of the fighter he gets rated for, it's impossible to lose to that level fighter 2 x.

Crazy, fury does nothing above average, he's determined but it's not supposed to take you that far.

I wouldn't mind wlad retiring, if he believes deep down he will win, I'm for it. Wlad has to come in with the real do or die mentality, either pummel him or get pummeled.

These fights are the type of very hard to score fights where I think open scoring could've changed the outcome.. I think fighters knowing they're behind would give them the push they need.

I had trouble scoring it. At least 8 of the rounds weren't won by either guy, but judges have this misconception that each round has to go to one fighter. .

Even rounds aren't a bad thing, and there should be many even rounds, can't understand the concept of removing the possibility of even rounds

The way some people on the forum talk you would think Vlad lost on purpose he let fury win .Did you watch the fight? Vlad was completely clueless fury never got out of third gear like sparing Vlad surrendered his titles with a whimper but suddenly he is going to turn into a warrior in the rematch fury going to be destroyed etc etc what most people don't realize is that fury is a nutter not a nice person in the run up to the first fight he showed no nerves at all couldn't care less about Vlad is that normal? In short fury has no respect for Vlad and Vlad knows he cannot win. fury will enjoy beating up Vlad in front of his fans as he is crazy and Vlad is in big trouble.

Fury is also overlooking Wlad and talking about beating Wilder. I think that's a bad sign for Fury as it's never wise to look past your next opponent :nono

I like Wlad by KO in the rematch :hat
