Ramirez throws out a pawing right jab, Martin responds by throwing out a left jab of his own, Julian nails him with a thudding left hook, Martin throwing out his jab Ramirez slipping most of them, Ramirez pins him to the ropes Julian throwing out taps more than hooks, seems to be taking round off, Martin got in a few decent body shots, round closer than any other.

Martin leaps in with a looping overhand right and misses it, Martin starting to try but to no avail, Ramirez outboxing him on thee backfoot as well,.Julian pins him on the ropes nails him with three straight lefts to the face in a row, Ramirez catches him and staggers him with another uppercut, Julian unloads another flurry before the bell.

Ramirez comes out lands a 2 punch combo flush on martin's forehead, Martin tries to corner Ramirez he explodes off the ropes hurting Martin again, Ramirez backs him to the ropes nails him a few times moves back,, Martin hurt once again Ramirez pounds away Martin holds, Martin nails him with a decent uppercut, Ramirez keeps coming forward. Wins the round and the fight by shutout.

It was a solid performance, he performed better than Russell did against Martin, although he had his man hurt several times and had he tried a little harder and kept working the body he would have gotten him out of there.
