Isn't Loefler just a managing director?

In that role I'd imagine he either submits a plan to the Board and shareholders or, executes the plan given by the board. Right?

I have no idea how their chain of command goes.

Normally, a director answers to higher powers. Sort of like the person who makes sure the bills are paid, the books are in order, the toilets clean.

Just another thread from people who can't read.

It's been said probably twice by GGG that K2 has nothing to do with GGG, it is Loeffler who acts under their license and that's it. GGG said that he has his own promotion. When you will learn to read bums protection squad?

Floyd was saying he had his own promotional company since 2006. But in reality he never had a license until December 2014.

So Golovkin is his own promoter is what you are saying?
If true, no wonder they make such stupid decisions. They are amateurs.
But, I don't believe it. Loeffler is a director of K2, therefore he does not have controlling say.
K2 is owned by the Klit Brothers. Tom is a director who manages day to day operation. Sort of like a company COO.
The Klis and their shareholders make the final decision on Golovkin. :yep

    You know the deal.
Mayweather was a superstar and after leaving TR was not under contract to anyone.
Golovkin is under contract to K2. His promotion company is premature because it doesn't promote anything. K2 does all the promotion.
The fact is, Golovkin is no where near a big enough star to call his own shots like ODLH, BHOP, and Mayweather. :yep

I'm saying this after reviewing K2 Promotions and GGGBoxing's websites.

I got tickets to see high profile GGG opponent Willie Monroe Jr. on Feb 12th at the Doubletree Hotel in Ontario, CA.

That is the guy that was suppose to be a bigger name than Lara right?

Willie Monroe is a good local fight, but not top tier material.

Was the event done by K2 promotions or GGGboxing?

 K2, of course. Golovkin is a nobody and has zero pull to put on an event.

Well, they're smart enough to fight bums on PPV now. That's how far they went with their social media hype. They gathered enough losers to cheer them on regardless and that's what matters.
