I don't know what Hunter is planning for Khan to do against Canelo, but when you run from Algieri and your punches don't even trouble him, you'll be in all sorts of trouble. He has no power on his punches because he back-pedals all the time. He's not gonna hurt the bigger Canelo like that, and no way in **** is he gonna win a decision even if he could somehow last the full 12. That's why they picked him in the 1st place.

Khan doesn't have the ring IQ or defense to win.

I suspect that Khan's hand-speed is permanently faded, and without possessing a significant advantage in that department he drops levels below his fighting peak.

To make matters worse, Khan's not particularly adept at fighting backward, a direction that Canelo will often steer him in.

I highly doubt Khan hears the 4th round bell.

Really, other than speed, Khan isn't that good. Even with his speed, he's B-level at best.

No, not at all. Lara was just negative in that fight. Made Canelo look better than he did.

Exactly. Khan has to KO Canelo to win, and obviously that isn't happening. He could outbox Canelo worse than Lara, but he STILL won't land a decision. There's too much money on the line.

Yeah, I agree. I've never been super impressed by his boxing ability. Even after all the years after the KO to Garcia, he's still so dang susceptible to that right hook. Chris Algieri almost put him on the canvas with it in the first round.

Boxing fans confuse speed with skills.

If you actually look at Khan, he makes amateur mistakes.

With as many times he was getting caught w/ that check left hook vs Algieri, I've come to the conclusion that Mayweather would knock him to with it.

I wouldn't say that. More like he stalked and burst attacked for the entire fight.

I'd say if Lara couldn't beat him , then Khan has no chance. But i believe Lara was paid off to throw that fight , so you'd never know. You'd never ever know.

Canelo might struggle terrible to make 155. He is a freaking MW boiling down and sacrificing his stamina.
