Could Khan have fought Brook last year? Did he turn it down to fight a LWW in Algieri instead? Yes.

Who cares about his CV or the fact he is fighting Canelo next? He had multiple occasions to fight Brook and always refused to do so.

He is ducking Brook. End of story.

 

Lets look at the facts here Khan although equipped with very fast hands has a suspect chin and the idea of him bulking up and facing a guy so much bigger and powerful than him will only end up in tears for Khan. I think this is an awful move by Khan and his team in thinking that Khan can somehow outmanoeuvre Canelo utilising his fast hands, whilst ignoring the fact that he possesses one of the worst defences in boxing. I don't see this fight lasting more than 4 rounds and quite possibly the end of Khan's career.
